AHEPA Management Company Names Brooke Roberts as Quality Assurance Development Manager

FISHERS, IN – AHEPA Management Company, (AMC), a property management firm providing onsite management for affordable senior housing communities nationwide, has announced that Brooke Roberts has joined the company as Quality Assurance Development Manager. In this capacity, Ms. Roberts will conduct Quality Assurance reviews and on-going support for AMC’s Quality Assurance contracts to ensure 100% HUD compliance in Service Coordination programs. She will also assist with the development of reporting and monitoring systems and will write Service Coordination grant proposals for contracts.

Prior to joining AHEPA Management Company, Ms. Roberts was employed as a Service Coordinator Manager by a national property management company in Indianapolis, IN, where she conducted quality assurance audits of Service Coordinator programs and supervised Service Coordinators. Ms. Roberts also wrote grant applications on behalf of the company, resulting in the award of 24 Service Coordinator grants to serve the elderly and disabled populations. She also served as a Service Coordinator for the company. Previously, Ms. Roberts worked as Community Relations Representative for Total Longterm Care, a PACE program (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Denver, CO.

Ms. Roberts joins the firm with 14 years in social services, working with both individuals with developmental disabilities and the senior population. She is a member of the American Association of Service Coordinators (AASC) and of the Indiana Association of Service Coordinators (INASC), for which she currently serves as Treasurer.

Ms. Roberts has earned the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. She is a native of Westfield, IN. She attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN where she earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Speech and Hearing Sciences. She currently resides in Indianapolis.
